My First Post

I got platelets a few days ago and now I feel great! Today we are going to have some family pictures done. We might have a game night or we might go to the Balloon Glow. I am going to have a great day!

Hey AJ! You may not remember me (it's been too long since I've visited Alabama - I hope to come this summer), but I've known your Mom and Aunt Denice for a very long time. I just learned about your adventure and am very impressed by your courage and strength. Keep it up and know you have lots of people sending prayers in your honor. Hope to see you soon -
Love, "Aunt" Nicki

Hi AJ! I enjoyed having dinner with you and your family a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed you letting me see your very cool pinewood derby car, with the working headlights! Have you decided what sort of car you are going to build for this year's pinewood derby? I told my 10 year old son Joshua about your car - he thought it was very cool too. If you can give us a sneak preview of what your new car will be for this year's race, that would be great. Of course, if your car this year is a top secret project, I will understand. Maybe I can bring Joshua up some day and we can race the cars.
Stay strong, my friend, and please know that there are bunches and bunches of people who love you and who are praying for you.
Your friend,
- Joel Brown
